The Story
I didn’t come to this work through a textbook or a certification program. I came to it through life.
As both a patient and a caregiver, I have navigated some of the most complex and difficult health challenges a person can face — rare conditions, multi-specialist coordination, insurance battles, and moments where the system felt designed to exhaust you into giving up.
Through all of it, I discovered something unexpected. I had a natural ability to cut through the confusion, find the right resources, ask the right questions, and make a real difference in outcomes that once seemed impossible.
What Makes This Different
There are patient advocates in hospitals. There are case managers assigned by insurance companies. They serve the system. I serve you.
Evolve Health Concierge works exclusively for the person I’m sitting across from — the patient, the family, the caregiver trying to hold everything together. No institutional loyalties. No conflicts of interest. Just someone completely on your side.
I don’t take every case. I take the ones where I know I can make a real difference. Because this work isn’t transactional for me. It’s a commitment.
